I was very disappointed in my lunch and I called the supervisor number but I happened to reach Chloe the unit manager on Dwing. She advised me to reach the concierge department and I got in touch with Nydia. I explained to her the situation and she offered to order me something to eat. We called her supervisor Cooper and between the two of them they were able to resolve the situation and I was very grateful. I gave the money to Nydia in cash to pay for my meal and Cooper delivered my food and gave my cash back. I was very surprised and so appreciative. I was also able to get a haircut with the hair stylist Giovanni and he was amazing. Thank you so much to Chloe,Nydia,and Cooper. They are so amazing. Also, very thankful to the dietary team regarding helping me fixing my menu items. Thank you to Rebekah, Davis, and Alana!! ❤️

Cooper is very amazing! He's very intensive with his patients, him and the people that are under his employment Emasjee, Valeria, Nydia, and Ana they are not here for just the money they actually care about people . Mr. Zachary have brought be a long way that a balance was needed to work on but he worked with me to walk down the hallway and all the way back. Regine the nurse goes far and beyond she's an amazing nurse and my CNA Margaret is my second mom I love her so much.
